Our services
Translation, interpreting and audiovisual support
Choose professional language services for your documents, specialist content, meetings and recordings. We match the scope to your language combination, intended use and project requirements.
Written and business translation
Business correspondence, reports, presentations and company documents translated for customers, partners and employees. Prepare the information your readers need in their preferred languages.
Specialist translation
Technical, legal, financial, medical, scientific and IT materials. We select translators according to the language combination and subject matter, with attention to specialist terminology and the purpose of the document.
Sworn translation
Translations prepared by sworn translators for documents requiring this form of certification. Send the document and the receiving organisation's requirements so we can assess the appropriate service and delivery form.
Interpreting
Consecutive and simultaneous interpreting for negotiations, conferences, technical discussions and training. Online and on-site arrangements are agreed around your event, languages and participants.
Audiovisual translation
Subtitles, translated voice-over and dubbing for promotional, instructional and training videos. Adapt your recorded content for audiences using different languages, with the format and production scope agreed for your project.
Transcription
Convert audio and video recordings into written text for interviews, meetings, research and training. Translation of the transcript into your requested target languages can be included in the project scope.
For projects combining documents, meetings and recordings, we can assess the language requirements together and propose a coordinated scope of work.
Support for your business processes
Help people understand your offer and carry out their work
Your translations should help people make decisions, follow instructions and work together. We consider the purpose of your content and the tasks your customers, employees and partners need to complete.
Sales and partnerships
Give customers and distributors the information they need
Present your products, specifications and commercial terms in your audience's language. Translated materials help customers assess your offer and give distributors information they can use in sales conversations. Interpreting supports discussions when partners use different languages.
Typical materials: Product catalogues, websites, proposals and sales presentations.
Equipment and servicing
Support installation, operation and repairs
Provide installers, operators and technicians with instructions in a language they understand. Clear descriptions of setup, operating steps and servicing procedures help teams use the equipment and find the information needed for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Typical materials: Installation manuals, operating instructions, service procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Systems and training
Help employees learn new systems and processes
Support ERP rollouts, onboarding and process changes with translated guides and training content. Consistent names for functions, roles and tasks help employees connect the training material with the work they need to perform. Subtitles and voice-over make recorded sessions accessible to other language groups.
Typical materials: User guides, process instructions, training presentations and instructional videos.
Projects and collaboration
Build a shared understanding of the project
Give teams and partner organisations access to project requirements, responsibilities and updates in their working languages. Translated documents and interpreted meetings help participants discuss the same information, clarify questions and coordinate the next steps.
Typical materials: Project briefs, contracts, progress reports, internal policies and meeting records.
Departments, industries and documents

From production and research to finance, sales and administration, different teams work with different types of information. Advance translates instructions, test results, certificates, statements, reports and other specialist materials in the language combinations your project requires.

We select translators according to the subject matter, language combination and intended use of the material.
Languages and combinations
Multiple source and target languages for your projects
Advance's service range covers more than 43 languages and language combinations. Choose the source and target languages your business needs, whether you are translating between foreign languages, working with Polish or preparing materials for several markets.
Translation between foreign languages
Order translation from one foreign language into another. Tell us the language of your source material and the language your customer, partner or team needs. The project does not need to involve Polish.
Translation into and from Polish
Translate foreign-language materials for Polish customers, employees and institutions, or prepare Polish documents and content for recipients abroad. Specify the direction of translation and the intended audience in your enquiry.
Several target languages in one project
Prepare a manual, catalogue, website, training package or recording in several languages. Send the complete list of target languages with your source materials so we can assess the full scope, coordinate the language work and agree the delivery schedule.
Popular languages we work with
The following are popular languages within our wider service range. You can also enquire about other languages and combinations.
Tell us the destination market and preferred language variant
Include the destination country, intended readers and any preferred terminology or language variant, such as British or American English. We confirm the requested language combination, service type and project arrangements as part of the quotation.
One project or recurring cooperation
Keep terminology consistent across languages and updates
Product ranges, procedures and systems change over time. We support individual assignments and recurring projects with attention to approved terminology, reference materials and continuity between document versions. This helps your teams and customers recognise the same products, functions and processes across different materials.
Approved company terminology
Share your glossaries, product names, preferred wording and approved translations. These references help us follow terminology used by your engineering, legal, marketing and other teams. Project-specific questions can be clarified with your nominated contact.
New versions and updates
For a revised manual, procedure, catalogue or software guide, send the latest source files and the previous translation. Identify any changes where possible. We assess the work required and use the agreed references to maintain continuity with the earlier version.
CAT tools and translation memories
For suitable written translation projects, we use computer-assisted translation tools, translation memories and project glossaries. They help translators refer to approved wording and maintain consistency in repeated content across related files and subsequent updates.
Files and delivery formats
Send editable source files where available, such as DOCX or PPTX, together with relevant PDFs and reference materials. Tell us how the translated content will be used. We agree the delivery format, layout requirements and any file preparation as part of the project scope.
Plan language support around your next releases and projects
For recurring work, tell us which materials are updated regularly, the languages involved and your expected release dates. We can discuss the flow of source files, terminology references and review comments so that each assignment follows the agreed project requirements.

Can we order your services from outside Poland?
Yes. Companies and institutions outside Poland can send materials and discuss their requirements with us in English by email. We confirm the project scope, price, payment terms and delivery arrangements before starting. Interpreting arrangements are agreed for the specific event.
Do you translate language combinations that do not involve Polish?
Yes. We handle projects between foreign languages as well as combinations involving Polish. Send the source and target languages, service type and subject matter so we can confirm the arrangements for your request.
Can one project include several languages and services?
Yes. Your enquiry can cover several target languages and combine document translation, audiovisual work, transcription and interpreting. Provide the languages and requirements for each part so we can assess the complete scope and propose a schedule.
Can you provide interpreting for an online meeting?
We offer remote interpreting as well as on-site arrangements. Send the languages, date, start time and time zone, duration, subject and planned platform or location. We confirm the interpreting format and availability before you book the service.
